Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to avoid any cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment or failure to show for a scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation/no-show fee. This fee must be paid before a new booking can be scheduled. Cancellation and no-show fees may be waived at the discretion of KB Bridal Beauty in cases of extenuating circumstances.
